“One is the attitude of Laziness, while the other is Energy. Choose wisely how you want your mornings to be”

Chirping of birds, soothing yet glazing sunrise, and you gently open your eyes in the bed.

But instead of seeking its divinity we intend to be lazy. Look for alarms, what time is the clock ticking, are you late for some task?, what does the Instagram say- you haven’t checked the updates for the last few hours, or No, you want to lay in bed longer- let it be 10 or 11 AM.

Or instead what could you have done is to deeply sense the vibrant potency of the mornings. I’ll share with you my morning rituals and at the end we feel grateful for the peaceful beginnings we encounter everyday.

“Thank You God, Thank You God, Thank You God !!”

DAY 11: Say Gooooooooooooood morrrrrnnnnniiiiiiiiiinnnngggggggg 🤩

The moment I open my eyes laying in my bed, my heart feels gratified. “I am so lucky to encounter my peaceful morning without any haste or lethargy.”

Before I exit my room, I wash my face and head for the balcony. Keenly listening to the peacocks and birds chirping, looking all around my apartments and finally, stepping into the soothing tranquilizing sun rays. Opening my arms wide, closing my eyes, and breathing deeply with a little grin on my face, I shout-out-loud (within myself) Goooooooooooooooooooood mooorrrrrrrnnnniiiinnnnnnnggggggg. After all my morning duties, with the same enthusiasm I wish my family, and then I get myself a cup of detox water- strolling again in my balcony. At last, 20 minutes of meditation in a ill-lit closed room to relax my senses and energize deeply.

We often miss out on Grateful Mornings. We have made a permanent imprint that mornings are meant to be lousy and grumpy.

If we learn to pump-up ourselves and feel the subdued energy intensely, it can be enough to make our entire days go crazily awesome and kicking.

Practicing Meditation has done wonders for me. With all the bad situation taking toll over the world, I do realize the crux and intensity of it, but no negativity is able to cross borders of my inner peace. I feel complete. Worries and anxiety are far from me now. When the morning energy is missing, meditation brings you the gift of it.

Be Thankful for every morning. They are peaceful. They are divine. They do marvels to you. They are magical. Let the magic happen. Wave your magic wand and spell it over your life.

“THANK YOU UNIVERSE FOR EVERY MORNING I ENCOUNTER. YOU HAVE MADE MY LIFE TURN INTO A MAGIC. MY MORNING ENERGY IS CRAFTING MY FUTURE. ALONGSIDE, I AM LIVING AND LOVING MY PRESENT. I AM BLESSED.”

ACTIVITY- “Step out in the morning glaze of the sun. Open your arms and close your eyes. Feel the energy. Imagine that the rays are aligning your chakras. Feel that God has spelt a magic mantra on you. Say Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. Also begin with meditation in the mornings. The life will present answers to all your problems easily.”
