“Rejoice yourself. You are a Healthy-being.”

How can we define “Healthy”? Can that be attained just by rigorous exercising?

Manifesting health also includes good and positive emotions about our Mind, Body and Soul, which fosters well-being inside-out. A Healthy Body consists of an Active BODY, a Vibrant MIND, and a Peaceful SOUL.

We have made ourselves so sensitive that any external factors affects us easily. We become the victim of circumstances. Like these days, we sense that we are the sufferers of the pandemic.

Today, dated 6.04.2020, till forever let us consciously pay our gratitude to our Healthy Body, Mind and Soul.

Thank You God, Thank You God, Thank You God!!”

DAY 12: PAY TRIBUTE TO YOUR OWN-SELF

The book I am reading these days, The Science of Breath, says that “… the material body, which we have tended up to this time to regard as primary, is in fact secondary to an inner field of energy even more fundamental than itself.”

This made me realize how materialistic and temporary things are. With time, we have lost to sense how beautiful we are deep inside. We all are aware that working out and staying fit is one step of being healthy. Other than that, how can we claim ourselves as a healthy being?

While we walk, eat, sleep, exercise, sing, work, dance, pray or cook, bring your self-consciousness into act. Show yourself how content you are by just being yourself. No filters, is the real you.

You are exquisite. You are enchanting. You are delightful. Love yourself, Adore yourself, just the way you are. Sense your body- from the crown of the head to all the toes. Learn each and every organ’s significance. And realize how lucky you are.

Learn to cut-off yourself from descending harmony. Manifest thoughts of your healthy body, mind and soul. Because, when satisfaction and happiness comes from within, the emotion is surreal. Only then will come the power to prosper even in the dull times.

This is how you can show gratitude to yourself.

THANK YOU UNIVERSE, FOR GIFTING MY SOUL THE MOST BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO STAY FOR THE LIFETIME, MY OWN BODY. I PROMISE TO LISTEN TO MY BODY AND SOUL AND CHERISH THEM FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE. I AM A HEALTHY, CALM AND FOCUSED PERSON. I LOVE MYSELF.”

Today’s activity will be delightful.

ACTIVITY- “ Play some soothing music. Dim the lights. Light some candles, and diffuse some fragrance. Lay down comfortably and bring your focus on each and every body part. Sense your soul, your energy and your power. Say Thank You to yourself. Most importantly, Breathe..”
