16th Day of QUARANTINE Gratitude
“Play your mind. Don’t let your Mind play you.”
I really feel self talks are the best time to notice the unnoticed angles of life happenings. I was recalling one of the chit-chats by myself.
I do realize my life has always been simple and sweet. No mirch-masala till date. I, luckily, never had too much drama in my life. But I’ve trained my brain in a way that it does find clues on how to get upset, angry, or sad. And there’s nothing wrong about it.
We can never run a smooth life, can we?
Today, is the day we perceive the significance of ‘life challenges’ and be grateful to each one we encountered till date.
“Thank You God, Thank You God, Thank You God!!”
DAY 16: THANK YOU CHALLENGES, YOU MAKE US STRONGER
A few months ago, I watched a movie “Coffee Shop”. It beautifully explained how not to be a victim of circumstances no matter what comes our way.
“Don’t lose yourself in the temporary.
No one has ever seen, no one has ever heard and no one has ever imagined
What God Has Prepared.”
The moment we are living at this point of time, has turbulence. Corona Virus has defeated the world. We are all troubled and we know it really well.
Survivals through tough times always gives us the Major Life Goals. The constant hits we get results in shaping our lives the way we want to. Remember, in an ECG machine a straight flat line means ‘Death’ and deep pulses are the signals of ‘Life’.
I believe its all word play. There is nothing called ‘Trouble’. A situation resists to persist the way we want it. These are all ‘Challenges’.
Wouldn’t it be exciting to convince our minds to “Welcome more tough instances”? Doesn’t it enthrall you to plunge in such times with solutions to such problems?
If I talk about myself, I know I am upset at some point of time when hit by some dramatic life event. But deep down in my heart I am so confident with the fact that “This shall also pass. And everything is going to be AWWEEESSOOOOMMEEEE at the end.”
Reinstating ‘Happiness’ is a commitment for Self-love. When we are sure of how to befool our brain’s blame-game, the mind will find ways to fix the so-called bad event. Henceforth, high-tides crashing on your seashore shall find Peace.
At the end, we are confident to declare:
“Yesss!!! I won. I can overcome. What’s more for the life to throw at me? Either I will catch or I’ll dodge. Whatever it takes, I will not pay the price in exchange of my Happy-state. I am strong.”
“THANK YOU UNIVERSE FOR MAKING MY LIFE A SMOOTH JOURNEY. I PROMISE MYSELF TO EVEN ACCEPT SURPRISES YOU PLAN TO LAUNCH BY KEEPING MYSELF CALM AND FINDING SOLUTIONS TO IT, INSTEAD OF MOANING OVER IT.”
Activity? Yes. It goes like:
ACTIVITY- “Promise yourself to be the best version of yourself. Be thankful to such challenges and be brave to face them with your wide open arms. If you cannot change it, skip it. If you can change it, be bold enough to fix it. Last but not the least, learn to be Happy no matter what comes next.”
