A sister hugging her sister

“What happens when you do not win? Answer?

YOU WIN”

Now that one day has been struck-out from the 21 days panicky quarantine, I sense the same high-spirits within myself. I am engaged with ample activities throughout the day. A long list is still awaited for the upcoming days. Let me share a few with you, my dear readers. My everyday routine comes up with a 50 minutes Yoga session with my sister, learning a few art skills from my sister, then playing board games with my sister, then gossiping stuff and giggling around with my sister, sipping green tea with my sister, dancing around the house with my sister, practicing face yoga before bed with my sister, meditating for at least 20 minutes with my sister, studying my college lectures and she, sitting besides me all the time. And on and on and on.. Phew… So much to do with my sister. I have definitely given a big HINT about my gratitude next in the list.

“Thank you God, Thank you God, Thank you God”

DAY 2: WHO MAKES YOU REALIZE YOUR ZEST FOR LIFE ?

You all should know the primary reason to dedicate this blog to her. She is the one who connected me to you all on this platform. Our late night chit chat made me land my writing and my heart here, through my blog.

Let me brief you with my sister’s background. Her name is Akanksha and she is a full-time UI/UX Designer on a heart-to-brain duty. Her profession is the same as her passion. She is an outstanding artist and paints with all the vibrant colors just like her vibrant soul. Since she is settled abroad for a decade now, this is THE TIME that I get to spend with her. And this is the BEST TIME- the most memorable one with her. You wanna know how? Then you must keep reading folks ! 😋

When I see her, I actually see myself. It’s just a reflection of how I really want myself to be. A mind so peaceful, a laughter so serene, the never fading charm, experimenting with the inner-self and keep doing things until it brings a halt to her own peace. That’s how she is. If I talk about my list for the future, it be like- learning Drama, photography, instruments, new languages, sculpting, calligraphy, discovering the undiscovered places, salsa, Mixed martial arts, raising stray animals, aerial yoga. Oh my! I myself, am astonished to write how far can I go with my passion. She has taught me one simple thing that struck my head hard. She says “I love to keep myself engaged with all the things I always wanted to do. Even if I failed in any of it, I still LEARNED that I could not do it. Simple!”

I’ve realized when life becomes stagnant and it smells gross (not literally), it clearly implies your life has become stale. You never know what you come across in the upcoming days. Have you really seen the future? When the head is empty it looks for drama in life that steels away your INNER PEACE. Why not exercise your brain towards things you actually love.

And that’s just one part of today. The crucial aspect of my today’s gratitude, dated 26.03.2020, is recalling that person or an animal or even a thing that at some point of time called out for you and made you sense “Yes, that’s it. That is what I want to do.” Sometimes, you just can’t figure out what actually gives you that true ear-to-ear grin. Keep looking for it until you recognize one and be grateful. Finding out that forgotten or frozen zest of life, looking forward to that, planning out it’s implementation is your greatest achievement. I guess, my list is already ready. As soon as I become financially independent, there you’ll see me striking-out my dream list. Yayyy!! 🤩🤩🤩

I THANK YOU GOD FOR BLESSING ME WITH A SWEETHEART AND A KICK-ASS SISTER. SHE HAS PLUNGED ME WITH MY VIGOR FOR LIFE. ONE DAY, I SEE MYSELF AS PEACEFUL AND CHEERFUL AS SHE IS. AND I KNOW YOU’VE GIVEN ME ALL THE STRENGTH FOR IT.”

You wanna know the task for today? Woah, this is so exciting. Isn’t it? If not, c’mon bring on some of it.😅

ACTIVITY-Just sit back and give it a thought. Who is that person/thing/animal you can bring gratitude for? Someone who even helps you to be a better version of yourself everyday, selflessly.”

You have something to share? Comment section is the space. I would love to hear it from you, I am all ears.

Thank you readers,
