21 days of QUARANTINE Gratitude
“What seems to be bitter are the sweetest in reality”
The world is shivering in fear- the economy is hit, finances are down, health is at stake, mortality rate is shooting, pleasures are long gone, daily wages are hard to earn, stray animals are least fed, crisis taking toll over all the nations, closed walls are all you see, travelling is abandoned, filling up homes with ample ration. The list can go on and on and on. Can you think of some more negativity? Please keep adding on to this list.
But, hey! Wait.. My brain and heart have happily figured out ways to THANK GOD for these days of Quarantine. Negative thoughts strongly and easily get attracted. The real fun and struggle comes with finding out ways how beautifully the days of crisis can be relished. So, even if you’re in a complete lock-down mode for next 21 days, sit back, relax, meditate and bring on the real power of gratitude from within. Vibrate your positivism to your near and dear ones. The entire world can fight the Corona virus terror until you become a ‘fighter’.
Since this is my first blog in my series of “21 days of GRATITUDE”, this would seem to be a long one. And I don’t want to be an anonymous writer, so let me briefly introduce myself. I am Kanishka and a proud Indian. I am a writer by heart and a Cyber Security person by brain. While I am having a super duper time at my home, our hon’bl PM Shri Narendra Modi also announced a 21 day lock-down. And this duration is turning out to be the most stimulating time of the year. You wanna know how? Go ahead with my 21 days journey of HAPPY ME. It might help you as well to be your own happy version.

DAY 1: EXPRESS YOURSELF- BE BLISSFUL
I believe every person is born to express. Some dance their heart out on the beats and rhythm of music, some love to play with colors, some heads love to cook or some just silently work day-in and day-out in their own world- be it an ‘introvert’ or an ‘extrovert’. Sadly, for those whose “time of glee” does not fit in their profession often become rusty and hazy, and you’re lucky if I am wrong here. Of course my friend, “work from home” comes first now. But we are so lucky to lay down in our own comfort zone with the pajamas on, sipping on our favorite drink and may be reading this blog. It’s time to save getting ready time, travel time and office space time. We all can easily save ample time for our own ME TIME. Yayyy! 🤩🤩
For this 21 days nation-shut imposed, the inner me is rejoiced. Because I have my plan set so clear. The very first idea of sharing my ideology to you all is the first day of practicing gratitude.
“I THANK YOU UNIVERSE FOR LOCKING ME UP IN MY OWN HOME. IT HELPED ME BEGIN TO WRITE MY OWN BLOGS- A TASK I’VE NEVER DONE BEFORE.”

ACTIVITY- “Go ahead with whatever you love to do. Art of a human is an expression. And if you’re human enough, just shoot what you love. Be it anything.”
