6th Day of QUARANTINE Gratitude
“Mastery over your own Brain will help you conquer your own life.”
From the moment we are born, to the moment we die, our mind is actively working for us. Unknowingly, our mind has stored, received and emitted high frequency energies, most of which we have busted and some of it is still kept intact within us. At some point of time, when all the tiresome jobs in this world have taken toll over us, we try to loop into some sort of activity that’s supposedly our “rest time”. Also, when we slide into too much of lethargy, our brain wants us to engage ourselves into some lucrative and fun activities.
Our super active brains can turn into monstrous roller-coaster ride or can be as calm as the most mesmerizing scenic beauty. Days of high-tides and low-tides can keep hitting and crashing us and but we do find a way to relax our nerves down.
So, from this day, dated 30.03.2020, till forever, let us be grateful for the presence of a stable mind.
DAY 6: APPRECIATE YOUR MIND AND IT’S WORK
Amidst all the drama going on in the outside world, what you intake can last forever in your mind. Your body, all and all, is a precious gem. Some unexpected events affect us deeply and can tear us apart. Else, with the snap of fingers, your life is positively transformed. You can never have an idea what might be your future. Hence, we have to be very mindful of what can be taken-in and what can be emitted-out.
The PRESENT is your “Present” for life. We have to be very choosy at this moment to decide what should affect us. It is very crucial to exercise your brain in the right direction.
Do you know? There are 7 Chakras that emit energy from our body. The “Crown of the Head” is the Seventh Chakra that helps us connect to the Universe.
What we give into the Universe, comes back to us (with regard to the Newton’s Third Law of motion- Every action has an equal and opposite reaction).
Introspect. Think. Concentrate on your mind, your brain. Meditate. Try to centralize your internal universal energy within yourself. Train your Brain and emit your brain-waves into something that helps you restore your Power within yourself, instead of something that vandalizes your brain’s power-bank.
This is the BEST WAY TO BE GRATEFUL TO YOUR BRAIN.
“I THANK YOU GOD FOR GIFTING ME A POWERFUL BRAIN AND AN ABLE MIND TO TAKE THE RIGHT DECISIONS FOR MYSELF.”
At the end, it’s the ACTIVITY.
ACTIVITY- “Practice meditation. Be it 5 minutes, 30 minutes or an hour. Chant OM, or play some relaxing music in the background, or concentrate over some tune, or focus over your breath. Anything you want. And practicing everyday without fail can be a promise to yourself. Last but not the least, feel thankful for your mind.”
