Life has placed a peculiar thought in my mind. The environment we sustain to live in offers us tremendous opportunities to outcast or incast ourselves. We get hold of the present so hard that every piece of us beneath our skin keeps it intact. Our mind is wicked in real sense. But it can be simplified if we learn the art of watching our thoughts and actions.
Digging deep into emotions- anger, jealousy, love, happiness can be taken roughly as an example. What your heart commands to your brain is what brain commands your entire body. If you are disheartened by any act in the surrounding, the brain radiates negative vibrations to every cell of the body. And the vibrations that spread are of a similar kind. Alas, you only see what you want to see, you only listen to what you want to listen to, and you only act how you are supposed to. Because the present is in control of your heart.
Think about a time when you are exuberated with a flood of happy emotion. How do you feel? At a great extent, you do not mind shallow negatives. But aligning the mathematical formula, “Positives and Negatives when multiplicated become NEGATIVES”. As energies are transferred from one being to another and are never destroyed, it multiplies. And thus, it becomes tough for you to sustain with the electrified positive vibes.
“Dear Mind, You are too sharp”

It needs your own mind to watch your mind. This is what it is.
A mystifying thought to deal with this?
Feel and Relish your present moment. If anger hits you hard, appreciate your mood, appreciate your emotion. Tell yourself it is okay to feel this way. Convince yourself that it is fine to feel this way. Congratulate yourself that you are still a Human. Because it is its tendency to catch hold of the free-flowing flood of emotions. Not being Harsh on yourself, just check-in and ask “Are you all right?” and say “Don’t worry, this too shall pass.”
The only trick you played here is you asked your brain to be a gentle companion to yourself. It is a reverse action.
Every bit of you is there to be loved. And the time you realise the body is no puppet show part and begin to peak deep within, you will see yourself with your own eyes. And then understand how the world is portraying you as a person.
Peace comes only when you are in Peace with yourself- your mind, body and spirit.

When emotions are the driving force,
The heart is the Keeper
The mind is the Doer
The body is the Victim
The spirit is the Rover

Thank you, dear Readers
Shubh Deepawali
